What we do

Once we have had a chance to speak with you, verify your insurance information, and collect some necessary paperwork we will schedule an initial assessment with you and your child.

Initial Assessment

In an Initial Assessment, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst will spend several hours with you and your child, in a play-based setting, asking questions about you and your child’s hopes for their future and your goals related to therapy. While we would highly recommend the assessment take place in-person so we get the most accurate information about your child’s strengths and growth areas, we can perform the assessment in a video conference if necessary.

Planning & Treatment

Based on the assessment, A BCBA will then build an individualized treatment plan designed to help your child meet short and long-term goals. The treatment plan is fluid and can be adapted to you and your child’s needs as they grow and change.

Your child’s therapy will be broken down into an hours/week model and our team will work with you to figure out a weekly schedule that makes the most sense for your family. A Registered Behavior Technician will provide most of your child’s 1:1 therapy with BCBA supervision.

Caregiver Support & Training

Throughout your child’s treatment, his or her BCBA will meet with you routinely to discuss your child’s progress and assist you and your family in helping your child reach their goals outside a therapeutic setting.

A BCBA will also attend your child’s IEP meetings and collaborate with any of their related service providers if applicable.
