We're building a team of compassionate clinicians who believe in dignity, collaboration, and celebrating every child. If that's you, we'd love to meet you.
For RBTs enrolled in — or starting — a master's ABA program.
The BlueAsh BCBA Clinical Fellowship is a structured mentorship for RBTs who are in an ABA program and working toward board certification. It supports everything you are learning in school — and takes it further, with real cases, real supervision, and the hands-on experience that turns knowledge into skill.
Developed by Christine Allen — and led by our Assistant Clinical Director, Mariah Lee, who guides every fellow through the program.

You grow with a group of fellows, side by side.
A clear path that moves you from learning to leading.
Real cases and direct training under BCBAs who have been there.
Study groups and exam preparation that get you ready to certify.
The clinicians we develop today are the ones who will care for our families tomorrow. Every fellow deserves the mentorship, supervision, and real experience to become not just certified, but exceptional.
When you apply, let us know you are here for the Fellowship.
The same values that shape our care shape our culture. Here, you're supported, trusted, and given room to do meaningful work.
Work alongside BCBAs with 15+ years of experience who are invested in your growth — not just your billable hours.
Flexible scheduling and sustainable workloads, so you can give your best to every child without burning out.
A team where dignity and collaboration aren't buzzwords — they're how we treat families and each other.
Mentorship, manageable caseloads, and a team that has your back — so you can pour yourself into the kids, not into burnout.
We're growing into a multidisciplinary practice and hiring across disciplines. Don't see your exact role? Reach out anyway.
